According to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016, p. 1, and Official Journal of the EU L 127 of 23.05.2018, p. 2.), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR,” you are hereby informed that:

3. Personal data will be processed for the purpose of organising the EUROSAI WGEA Spring Session, registering and contacting participants, ensuring safety during the conference and for informational purposes related to the activities of the Supreme Audit Office, including publishing in Supreme Audit Office publications, the NIK and Tribunal de Cuentas websites – intranets and Internet, and via social media platforms, based on Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

4. Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties. Data may be shared with entities authorised by law. Data recipients may include entities providing IT services for maintenance and failure resolutions for the data controller under strictly defined agreements with the Supreme Audit Office, as well as users of Intranet and Internet networks, social media platforms, and readers of Supreme Audit Office publications.
