INFORMATION CLAUSE CONCERNING PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
According to Article 13(1) and (2) of Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Official Journal of the EU L 119 of 04.05.2016, p. 1, and Official Journal of the EU L 127 of 23.05.2018, p. 2.), hereinafter referred to as “GDPR,” you are hereby informed that:

- Personal data will be processed for the purpose of organising the EU Contact Committee Liaison Officers Meeting, registering and contacting participants, ensuring safety during the conference and for informational purposes related to the activities of the Supreme Audit Office, including publishing in Supreme Audit Office publications, the NIK website – Intranet and Internet, and via social media platforms, based on Article 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.
- In the case of reimbursement of travel and accommodation costs, personal data will be processed based on Article 6(1)(c) GDPR. i.e. compliance with a legal obligation to which the controller is subject.
- Personal data will not be disclosed to third parties. Data may be shared with entities authorised by law. Data recipients may include entities providing IT services for maintenance and failure resolutions for the data controller under strictly defined agreements with the Supreme Audit Office, as well as users of Intranet and Internet networks, social media platforms, and readers of Supreme Audit Office publications.
- In connection with the potential transfer of some of your data outside the EEA, please refer to the data processing policies of individual social media services. - Personal data will be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purposes of processing, including archiving obligations arising from generally applicable laws and the internal regulations of the data controller.
- Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to participate in the conference.
- Decisions regarding personal data will not be made in an automated manner, in accordance with Article 22 GDPR.
- You have the right to:
- access your personal data under Article 15 GDPR;
- rectify your personal data under Article 16 GDPR;
- request the erasure of your personal data, except where the processing is necessary
to comply with a legal obligation or to perform a public task under applicable laws; - request restriction of personal data processing in cases specified in Article 18(1) GDPR;
- object to the processing of your personal data due to your particular situation under Article 21 GDPR;
- lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe the processing of your personal data violates data protection regulations.
