The National Audit Office of Estonia and University of Tartu invite everyone who shares interest in environmental and sustainability auditing issues related to infrastructure to enrol in the updated Massive Open Online Course (MOOC) “Auditing the Sustainability of Infrastructure” that starts on 19 October 2026. The course content was based on guidance developed by the INTOSAI Working Group on Environmental Auditing, complemented by other highest quality international knowledgebase. Moreover, the course includes numerous case studies and examples of good practices collected from supreme audit institutions all around the world.
Delivered entirely online and free of charge, the course enables participants to study the materials and complete assignments at their own pace during a 4-week period. Participants who successfully complete all course assessments will earn a certificate worth 1 ECTS credit (~26 hours of learning). Registration is now open here.
